Requirements
- Strong understanding of SaaS or software-based products
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales director in managing and growing assigned existing accounts.
- Identify and reach out to new contacts and lines of business in accounts to develop new use cases.
- Understand customer business objectives and translate them into software solutions.
- Oversee education and training initiatives in the accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and deliver value.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development or account management for enterprise software solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
