The Harris Central Appraisal District is seeking a Software Analyst II to administer and support their document imaging systems, and contribute to development and integration efforts using SQL and C-Sharp. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing solutions for document imaging and data management.
Requirements
- Proficiency with SQL (e.g., writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Proficiency in C-Sharp for application development and maintenance.
- Experience integrating document imaging systems with other software systems.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and IIS.
- Familiarity with REST APIs using C-Sharp.
- Experience in administering document imaging systems (e.g., OnBase, Laserfiche, Hyland, or similar).
- Experience with other programming languages or technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- document requirements in Team Foundation Server
- create and maintain Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Indexes, Views, Joins and T-SQL code for new and existing applications
- extract and manipulate data from multiple data sources and integrate them into a data set or structure
- analyzing large data sets, designing, testing, and implementing solutions using MS SQL
- designing and developing solutions to meet business needs
- Administer and maintain document imaging systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain scripts or small applications using SQL and C-Sharp to support imaging systems and related applications.

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software analysis and system administration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
