Bizowie is seeking to expand the operations team working on the Bizowie Cloud ERP platform to empower mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers to automate tedious business processes and improve employee productivity.
Requirements
- Highly technically adept, experienced with web applications
- Experience with accounting concepts, manufacturing/distribution a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product and customers' diverse business needs and requirements
- Demonstrate product knowledge by completing complex project work
- Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests
- Stay current on new system releases and functionality
- Create product specifications that serve as a blueprint for the development team to build out new features or functionality
- Design, document and execute test plans and procedures to ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested before deployment
- Demonstrate ability to document customer facing materials for new features and functionality
