The agency software systems require ongoing maintenance and customization, and the Software Support team needs leadership and direction to ensure visions and goals are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with leadership to provide insight of possibilities utilizing existing software technology.
- Drive execution of system customization via building out custom forms and/or processes within applicable software systems.
- Ensures smooth operations of the supported agency software systems.
- Assist as needed with the day-to-day duties their roles perform.
Other
- Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent job experience.
- Provide leadership, support, and direction for the Software Support team through consistent engagement and collaboration, continuous training and education, and maintaining work relationships to establish a healthy work environment for team members.
- Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor that reflects confidence, positive self-esteem, and overall professionalism when collaborating with agency staff members.
