eMH Support Office Team is looking for a Junior Level Software Analyst/Trainer & Functional Support member to provide call center software application support and assist in developing and maintaining training and educational curriculum
Requirements
- Experience with standard desktop applications and Internet browsers
- Background developing customized educational curriculum, training materials, and course content for software applications and support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively over the phone and via email
- Strong digital organizational skills
- Confidently present training sessions to user groups (both classroom and desk side training)

- Willing to travel on a regular basis (up to 30% of work schedule)
