FishEye is looking to hire a Baseline Manager for Software and Infrastructure (Firmware and Hardware) to support naval radars. This role will oversee the successful management, integration, and delivery of all software and infrastructure baselines including; firmware, hardware, field bulletins, and Software Version Descriptions (SVDs) for radar systems.
Requirements
- Expertise in Jira and related agile project management tools.
- Experience with ClearCase and Git.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
- Knowledge of LBTS environments, system testing, and field deployment processes.
- Experience with radar systems or other mission-critical software applications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of naval software and firmware baselines for radar systems.
- Ensure proper configuration control, versioning, and release tracking of software/hardware/firmware baselines.
- Manage and maintain Jira workflows for tracking software development, defect resolution, and feature requests.
- Administer and manage ClearCase and Git repositories to maintain proper version control and branching strategies.
- Develop and enforce best practices for source code management, including branching, merging, and tagging workflows.
- Migrate and integrate legacy ClearCase repositories to Git, as required.
- Coordinate the release of software baselines to LBTS for testing and validation.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software development, baseline management, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 100% on-site in Marlboro, MA.
