Requirements
- Experience with large file transfers and USB formatting.
- General to advanced knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of 12V battery systems and electrical concepts (power and ground).
Responsibilities
- Execute Ford's outlined programming procedures on various vehicle models.
- Manage uploads and downloads of large data files, including USB formatting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems and computer hardware.
- Maintain accurate records of programming tasks and ensure compliance with Ford standards.
- Stay current with Ford certifications and training requirements.
- Execute Ford's outlined programming procedures on various vehicle models.
- Manage uploads and downloads of large data files, including USB formatting.

- Collaborate with service managers and advisors to communicate recall status updates and completions.
