Requirements
- ServiceNow Development/Administration
- Hands-on experience developing, along with experience with REST/SOAP
- Workspace development (core 3 UIs that SN – you can develop in)
- System integration
- Service portal development
- Requirement analysis
- Workflow automation
Responsibilities
- develop in ServiceNow to support emerging technology
- work with the overall program team in the design and development of new applications
- integrating new solutions on existing applications
- analyze and solve complex application development needs to identify solutions to include potential new tools/technologies
- troubleshooting and testing of software upgrades
- developing within an Agile environment using code delivery mechanisms, such as GitHub and standard release management processes
- ServiceNow Development/Administration
Other
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required to be considered.
- Requires a Bachelor and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Must have a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered
- Teamwork: ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
- Documentation experience to create/maintain technical documentation
