Requirements
- Experience with product systems and equipment installation
- Experience with software development and deployment in a fast-paced systems environment
- Experience installing and/or working with SQL
- PowerShell scripting and deployment experience
- Systems administration and database experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and networks
- Proficient understanding of CS fundamentals and deployment of remote management tools and server administration
Responsibilities
- Implement Everi's Customer Loyalty application and supporting systems in customer environments
- Support implemented solution and be customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring and supporting systems for the first 30-60 days
- Troubleshooting experience
- Customer support application experience
- PowerShell scripting and deployment experience
- Systems administration and database experience
- Deployment of remote management tools and server administration
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 5-8 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment
- Travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills; consistently delivers projects and solutions in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to code in product-specific programming language
