Signature Performance is looking for a Software Application Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications across diverse platforms, solve complex technical challenges, and support programmatic goals.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using a variety of programming languages, including but not limited to Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, C-Sharp and Cold Fusion
- In depth knowledge of Engineering Tools including but not limited to GIT, Docker, Jenkins, JUnit, Fitnesse, SonarQube
- Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Spring)
- In depth knowledge of automated code review technologies
- Experience setting up technologies related to Database Rest API services
- Experience User Interface technologies such as Angular 1.x, 2.x
- Experience database structures, query design, SQL, PostgreSQL
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and execute tasks throughout approved software development life cycle
- Investigates and resolves increasingly complex problems including providing support for production systems in a timely manner.
- Determines how existing applications, systems, databases, interfaces and/or hardware can interact to meet new and emerging enterprise initiatives.
- Analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, integrates and tests increasingly complex software application solutions for systems
- Consults and/or participates in the requirements, design and coding walkthroughs to ensure the development of quality solutions
- Creates and maintains design documentation
- Tests increasingly complex program changes thoroughly to ensure accuracy
