Improve the software technology supporting Air Force Information Dominance by developing and implementing effective technical innovation via software design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with full life cycle software development
- Experience with higher order languages, such as Python, C, C++, or Java
- Experience with software sustainment and obsolescence issues in DoD
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Experience developing software documentation
- Experience with Atlassian Jira
- Experience in AI adoption
Responsibilities
- Translate customer’s software needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective technical innovation via software design
- Develop and implement effective technical innovation via software design
- Use the latest software control systems like Git to design an effective software architecture
- Help create cloud-based software solutions using artificial intelligence models
- Provide real world solutions to directly impact Air Force intelligence
- Collaborate on a team that develops the best solutions for our customers
- Mentor and learn new tools and skills
