Responsibilities
- You will design resilient and cost-effective systems that balance innovation with operational excellence.
- You will architect and lead the evolution of our delivery, with an emphasis on scalability, high availability, and developer productivity.
- You will drive the adoption and integration of Source Code Management systems, Artifact Repositories, Build Systems and Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD)
- You will champion observability and monitoring practices that enable proactive detection, rapid response, and continuous improvement
- You will design and implement fault-tolerant systems that minimize operational overhead and support rapid recovery from failures
- You will collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed DevSecOps principles into the entire software lifecycle
- You will Influence platform and tooling decisions focusing on reducing toil and delivery efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, influencing architectural direction and rolling up sleeves when needed
- Leadership in cross-team initiatives, open-source projects, or internal platform transformations
