  • Proficiency in Modern Programming Languages possessing a solid understanding of programming languages, with a specific emphasis on proficiency in languages such as Java and Python.
  • Containerization and Orchestration Mastery proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Openshift or Kubernetes, highlighting the ability to design and manage scalable and efficient application deployments.

Responsibilities

  • You will design resilient and cost-effective systems that balance innovation with operational excellence.
  • You will architect and lead the evolution of our delivery, with an emphasis on scalability, high availability, and developer productivity.
  • You will drive the adoption and integration of Source Code Management systems, Artifact Repositories, Build Systems and Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD)
  • You will champion observability and monitoring practices that enable proactive detection, rapid response, and continuous improvement
  • You will design and implement fault-tolerant systems that minimize operational overhead and support rapid recovery from failures
  • You will collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed DevSecOps principles into the entire software lifecycle
  • You will Influence platform and tooling decisions focusing on reducing toil and delivery efficiency

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, influencing architectural direction and rolling up sleeves when needed
  • Leadership in cross-team initiatives, open-source projects, or internal platform transformations
