Requirements
- 4 years working with building dynamic and responsive applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- 4 years working with Agile Methodology
- 4 years of frontend unit testing with Jest or Mocha
- 2 years developing front-end applications
- 2 years working with React and Figma
- 2 years creating enterprise level solutions
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical vision for front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and accessibility.
- Translate product strategy into a phased architectural roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
- Document high-level and low-level designs; perform regular architecture SOT analysis; and align UI patterns and frameworks with enterprise security, compliance and cloud standards.
- Establish and govern enterprise design systems and UI standards by defining, maintaining and evangelizing reusable components, tokens and patterns.
- Lead peer design and code reviews, plan and track project progress, and monitor application pipelines.
- Evaluate and introduce front-end tooling and frameworks including scanning technical landscapes, creating comparison matrices, and prototyping and benchmarking candidate solutions.
- Triage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventative actions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technological Systems Management or a related field
- At least 10% national travel required for business meetings.
- Ability to make a difference on a global scale.
- Ability to work in Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management).
