CACI is seeking a Software Asset Management SME to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The role involves leading a team to design, develop, and implement an effective software asset management capability, with a focus on ServiceNow, to ensure compliance with government policies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, and integration, within an Agile development environment.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management modules (e.g., HAM, SAM, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITAM).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of software asset management solutions within ServiceNow using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are translated into effective ServiceNow configurations.
- Work with Developers to customize ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of new ServiceNow asset management solutions and updates.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ServiceNow's CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and related modules.
- Work with the Business Process Consultant to analyze existing software asset management processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized workflows within ServiceNow.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve software asset management processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
