The Software Automation Developer will help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Python and at least one other foundational language (.NET, Java, JavaScript).
- 2+ years experience in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
- Learn and implement new automation tools and technologies, including RPA and AI solutions like Agentic AI.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end processes, design the best automation solution, and develop the solutions.
- Analyze and qualify processes for automation.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities in the client’s environments.
- Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, and solution developer.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages (.NET, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Annapolis, MD
