Western & Southern is looking for an Intern to assist their Information Technology Software Quality Assurance Department in various projects, focusing on creating test cases aligned with business and functional requirements and maintaining test cases and datasheets for automation.
Requirements
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Basic Test concepts
- Database management, SQL
- Testing tools: qTest, JIRA, Modern Requirements.
- AI Prompt Engineering
Responsibilities
- Write and review functional test cases from user stories or requirements and make recommendations.
- Execute test cases, investigate and document defects.
- Understand the UI automation process and provide maintenance updates as needed.
- Contribute to QA process improvements discussions.

- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
