KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division is looking to solve the problem of managing software configurations for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems.
Requirements
- Software programming ability is also beneficial

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage source code repositories, establish and maintain configuration baselines, and track changes through different builds and releases.
- Manage and approve changes to software configurations, ensuring that modifications are documented and authorized
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about software configurations and their relationships within the CMDB
- Oversee the building, packaging, and release of software products, ensuring that they are consistent with established baselines and meet requirements
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration status accounting, and generate reports on configuration status and change requests
- Identify and implement improvements to configuration management processes, including automation and tools
- Work with other members of the development team, including developers, testers, and product managers, to ensure that all aspects of configuration management are addressed.

- Must have an active SECRET clearance
- A Bachelor of Science in engineering, physics, or mathematics from an ABET accredited institution is required with 10+ Years of experience is required.
- A PhD can be substituted for 2 years of experience (PhD with 8+ years of experience)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and team building skills
- Ability to work with other members of the development team, including developers, testers, and product managers
