Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software configuration management/control
- Experience working within Aerospace Regulatory Environments
- Experience with DO-178C Software Configuration Management
- Experience building frameworks for creating complex applications with simplified tools
- Strong technical background in multiple engineering disciplines
- Practical real-life experience with configuration management of complex systems
- MS degree in computer science or electrical engineering
Responsibilities
- Operate in an ambiguous environment
- Interface closely with System Engineers, Hardware Development Engineers, and Software Development Engineers across a broad range of technical areas to enable software configuration management mechanisms
- Articulate when gaps are identified, and propose solutions quickly
- Work with a team of top-notch developers and collaborating with our research teams
- Drive innovation, apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real world challenges, and provide visible benefit to customers
- Enable software configuration management mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large projects
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively
