Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, Embedded Development, and/or ML
- Up to date on programming and scripting languages: C/C++, Python, Java
- Hands on QA, Testing, and/or Debugging skills
- Experience with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services
Responsibilities
- Drive solution delivery improvements through automation, testing and best practice implementation to optimize deployments, accelerate customer value-realization and improve overall service reliability
- Interact with professional services delivery, Product Management and BU teams to integrate automation in our offers to improve quality and customer experience
- Collaborate in transformational initiatives to define and improve new delivery methodologies in accordance with DevOps and SRE models
Other
- Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College) or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
- Relevant fields in: Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering
- Fluent in English (oral and written skills)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship
