System Logistics Corporation (SLC) needs to support and program their proprietary VPS and Systore software, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical support problems for users of warehouse automation systems.

Requirements

  • Analyzes data using MS SQL; demonstrates expertise in using MS SQL server
  • Codes and debugs in C-Sharp
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of computer operating systems, networks, and software

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots software and IT related issues
  • Analyzes data using MS SQL; demonstrates expertise in using MS SQL server
  • Becomes a subject matter expert on the use of the VPS and/or Systore software
  • Codes and debugs in C-Sharp
  • Diagnoses, resolves, and documents technical software problems
  • Uses ticketing system and documents all incidents thoroughly
  • Coordinates timely service and repair of equipment

Other

  • Travels onsite during startups to complete installation and testing
  • Ensures the client receives a superior technical support experience by communicating and listening attentively and responding appropriately to client concerns
  • Will rotate shifts and will be required an on-call weekend day every 4th week
  • Associate degree or higher in related area
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to work well independently to complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Travel is up to 10%. Possible International travel
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
