System Logistics Corporation (SLC) needs to support and program their proprietary VPS and Systore software, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting technical support problems for users of warehouse automation systems.
Requirements
- Analyzes data using MS SQL; demonstrates expertise in using MS SQL server
- Codes and debugs in C-Sharp
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of computer operating systems, networks, and software
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots software and IT related issues
- Analyzes data using MS SQL; demonstrates expertise in using MS SQL server
- Becomes a subject matter expert on the use of the VPS and/or Systore software
- Codes and debugs in C-Sharp
- Diagnoses, resolves, and documents technical software problems
- Uses ticketing system and documents all incidents thoroughly
- Coordinates timely service and repair of equipment
Other
- Travels onsite during startups to complete installation and testing
- Ensures the client receives a superior technical support experience by communicating and listening attentively and responding appropriately to client concerns
- Will rotate shifts and will be required an on-call weekend day every 4th week
- Associate degree or higher in related area
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work well independently to complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Travel is up to 10%. Possible International travel
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
