Requirements
- Programming Skills: C, C-Sharp, PowerShell
- Windows OS Experience
- Exposure to SQL performance testing and diagnostics
- Programming experience in C, C-Sharp, and/or PowerShell
- Solid foundational computer science knowledge
- Exposure to custom software development using various programming languages
- Ability to apply fundamental engineering concepts, processes, and practices
Responsibilities
- Design system architecture encompassing software, hardware, and communications
- Ensure system compatibility with agency IT architecture standards
- Validate compliance with common operating environments
- Analyze workflows, planning, and system performance issues
- Develop and recommend corrective actions
- Support cross-functional system integration
- Provide guidance and direction as needed within the team
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
