Sweetwater is seeking a Software Delivery Analyst to deliver value efficiently and effectively to customers by understanding desired outcomes, breaking them down into deliverable pieces of value, and organizing and aligning teams to execute work successfully.
Requirements
- Experience with Jira or other project management/delivery tools
- Experience with SQL or other data tools would be a plus
- Experience using scripting languages such as Python would be great.
Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing the engineering backlog
- Analyzing specifications
- Coordinating and collaborating with engineering teams on development tasks
- Defining and communicating project deadlines
- Optimizing practices for effective delivery through coaching, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Ensuring the team fully understands the desired business outcomes, planning the work effectively, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with engineering teams to execute low impact scripts, contributing to data-related tasks within projects
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 2-6+ years of experience as a Software Delivery Analyst, Business Analyst, or Software Project Manager
- Experience guiding and managing technical projects from inception to completion and delivery
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to talk through technical and business challenges with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
