Requirements
- Knowledge of project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, and software delivery lifecycles (SDLC).
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, and SQL basics.
- Familiarity with data architecture, reporting, or analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs
- Translate needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Learn end-to-end delivery of solutions, from ideation through go-live and hypercare.
- Build and maintain project and delivery plans aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
- Facilitate project meetings
- Ensure all critical documentation is maintained
