MiTek is looking to manage the implementation of their software suite with existing and new accounts, including performing needs analysis, installation, configuration, training, and communication with product management.
Requirements
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
- Associates Computer and Information Science preferred
- 4+ Years of related experience in the Building Component Industry required
- Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers business and setup the MiTek Database accordingly. This includes writing reports.
- Train clients on the use of the MiTek Suite
- Install the MiTek software suite.
- Hold regular meetings with clients and MiTek sales to ensure the conversion it on track.
- Perform software demonstrations onsite or remotely for potential clients
- Travel to customer sites to perform Needs Analysis.
Other
- Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.
- 70% Travel Nationally
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot problems or come up with alternate solutions.
- A clear understanding of the working of a Truss plant and the needs of management.
