Requirements
- Basic understanding of one or more development tools and modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C-Sharp, Python)
- Basic understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development techniques
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment / delivery, configuration and containerization, infrastructure as a code, and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Works with software development, quality engineering, and documentation teams to design and develop (coding, Programming) features and capabilities
- Documents and tests new software applications
- Participates in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Researches, investigates, and fixes a wide range of technical issues
- Ensures quality and performance assurance
- Proactively learns about new technologies
Other
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree with concentrations in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
- Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Excellent communication skills required to effectively navigate business stakeholder and technology team relationships
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, handle multiple assignments and manage ambiguity in a matrix organization
