Oracle is seeking to solve the problem of developing and maintaining robust software applications and systems that meet the needs of its global cloud solutions business.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture.
  • Experience in developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications.
  • Experience with Java for backend development.
  • Experience with modern frontend technologies (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar).
  • Experience with DevOps-environment and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in API design and system integration development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to develop software requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
  • Build and enhance dynamic, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar).
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high quality and performance of applications.
  • Contribute to API design and system integration development.
  • Document technical designs, architecture, and user guides as needed.
  • Work in DevOps-environment with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Other

  • BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 2 years of software engineering or related experience.
  • Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Compliance with Oracle's policies and procedures.
