Oracle America, Inc. is looking to solve software development and engineering problems by designing, developing, troubleshooting, and testing software applications and operating systems.
Requirements
- Java, Go, and Python
- Cloud services, including AWS, OCI, EC2, SQS, S3, Lambda, ASG, NSG, and LoadBalancers
- Distributed Systems, including Kubernetes, Kafka, and NoSQL databases
- Devops toolset, including Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD, Graphana, and Prometheus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software
- Apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture
Other
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
- 4 years of software engineering or related experience
- May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel
- May telecommute
