- Write high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Monitor, debug, and optimize automation solutions in production environments
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for internal adoption
- Take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
