Oracle is looking to build large-scale distributed infrastructure for the cloud by improving and scaling Networking applications to manage the backbone of Oracle’s cloud
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience developing software in Python
- 2+ years of DevOps experience (automation, deployment, operational support)
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
- Python expertise preferred, Java, Go, C, C++, C-Sharp experience is acceptable
- Previous hands-on computer networking experience
- Experience in CI/CD environments
- Prior experience with cloud infrastructure or services
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of network automation tools that translate engineer intent into actionable, scalable physical network representations
- Build and enhance automation solutions to streamline the management and deployment of OCI networks across a rapidly growing global footprint
- Improve build, test, and deployment pipelines to accelerate delivery and maintain high reliability
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the availability and performance of critical services
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
