Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is looking to build large-scale distributed infrastructure for the cloud, specifically to improve and scale Networking applications that manage the backbone of Oracle’s cloud.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience developing software in Python
- 2+ years of DevOps experience (automation, deployment, operational support)
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
- Python expertise preferred, Java, Go, C, C++, C-Sharp experience is acceptable
- Previous hands-on computer networking experience
- Experience in CI/CD environments
- Prior experience with cloud infrastructure or services
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of network automation tools that translate engineer intent into actionable, scalable physical network representations.
- Build and enhance automation solutions to streamline the management and deployment of OCI networks across a rapidly growing global footprint.
- Improve build, test, and deployment pipelines to accelerate delivery and maintain high reliability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the availability and performance of critical services.
