Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking to solve the problem of delivering a managed Kubernetes service that drives mission-critical applications for both internal and external customers worldwide, with a focus on integrating deeper with the OCI ecosystem.
Requirements
- Solid programming chops
- Deep curiosity for Kubernetes, containers, and distributed system architectures
- Ability to build, automate, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure at massive scale
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems
- Ability to innovate—from designing new architectures to rolling out seamless deployments and smarter tooling
- Experience with highly available services
Responsibilities
- Architect and design new features and systems for our customers.
- Work across teams to engineer the best system (both for operations and for customers) regardless of org boundaries or ownership.
- Debug, maintain and improve existing systems, with a focus especially for reducing operational burden and on performance.
- Be a generalist, able to debug issues across a wide breadth of our stack.
- Scale our systems by building tooling and automation.
- Work with partner teams outside our org and external to Oracle.
