The business problem is to develop and evolve standard practices and procedures for Business Intelligence (BI) Models and Reports within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain.
Requirements
- Very strong knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
- Good Knowledge of data warehousing.
- Hands-on with any analytics tools. Preferably OBIEE.
Responsibilities
- Work experience in developing BI Models and Reports.
- design, development, unit testing and debugging of HCM BI Models and Reports.

- Quick learner, a can-do attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with an ability to work unsupervised while handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
