Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking to develop the technology platform that powers its Engineering Services cloud offerings and build services that support both internal and external platforms for overlay DevOps solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with designing, launching, and maintaining distributed systems at scale
- Expertise in building web applications, designing REST APIs and proficient in SQL, relational databases
- Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure)
- Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
- Experience with virtualization and orchestration stacks
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software is a plus
- Experience mentoring junior team members or participating in peer code reviews
Responsibilities

Other
- This position is required to be local, in the Nashville Oracle campus, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5+ years' experience with software development and object-oriented programming with proficiency in at least one language such as Java, C++, C-Sharp, .Net, Go, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems systematically, communicate effectively, take ownership of tasks, and show strong initiative.
- Sound fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
