Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking for a Software Developer to help design and deliver DevOps and Cloud services for their Enterprise Management Services team, which builds services supporting both internal and external platforms for overlay DevOps solutions. The role involves working across the entire technology stack to build, expand, and scale these services.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience with software development and object-oriented programming with proficiency in at least one language such as Java, C++, C-Sharp, .Net, Go, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems systematically, communicate effectively, take ownership of tasks, and show strong initiative. Sound fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Experience with designing, launching and maintaining distributed systems at scale
- Expertise in building web applications, designing REST APIs and proficient in SQL, relational databases
- Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure)
- Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
- Experience with virtualization and orchestration stacks
Responsibilities
