- Architect, design, and implement advanced backend services and robust automation frameworks to optimize internal workflows and large-scale systems
- Drive the identification, design, and implementation of automation opportunities across development, deployment, monitoring, and operations
- Define and maintain best practices for automation, coding, testing, documentation, and secure software delivery
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions; mentor and share expertise with teammates
- Collaborate with product management, DevOps, operations, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to organizational security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve system reliability and scalability
