OST FS2 Aero team needs an experienced full stack software developer to modify existing code and integrate software solutions for the Aeronautical Navigation Office, supporting the development and delivery of new and innovative software solutions for Aeronautical based applications.
Requirements
- deep understanding of core AWS services, like compute, storage and be able to develop and deploy cores services (Lambda, EC2s)
- C-Sharp/Java and JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Shell scripting
- utilizing DevOps principals and tools to deliver new features within an Agile construct
- using cloud computing expertise to provide the system administration and modification of existing GOTS code to integrate open-source software solutions for display in a web application
- API development and database integration for interaction with Redux and React frameworks
- using various open-source packages for visualization and data filtering and code modifications that shall apply best practices in unit and build testing
- Minimum 3 years of experience with REACT or modern JavaScript framework
Responsibilities
- building AWS services
- deep understanding of software languages (C-Sharp/Java, Python, Shell)
- participate in Agile Methodology
- perform deployments to multiple dev, test and operational environments
- patching, troubleshooting
- working with internal teams and departments
- creation and documentation of new and existing functionality within software version control repositories (gitlab)
