Requirements
- Close to 5 years of professional web application development experience or equivalent strong educational foundation with demonstrable coding ability.
- Generalist mindset with comfort switching between languages, frameworks, and problem domains as business needs evolve
- Problem-solving mastery with debugging skills that turn mysterious issues into understood, resolved challenges
- Project scoping expertise, you break down long-term goals into manageable, deliverable increments
- Perl development experience
- REST API and PostgreSQL database development expertise
- Frontend development experience: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge features for the InteleShare web application that push the boundaries of medical image sharing technology
- Master the InteleShare ecosystem—from zero-footprint viewers to cross-enterprise exchange workflows—becoming a true product expert who can navigate any challenge
- Take full ownership of feature development lifecycle: scope, code, test, document, and deliver within sprint commitments
- Transform complex support tickets and stakeholder requests into elegant technical solutions that exceed expectations
- Champion quality through comprehensive testing and thorough documentation that empowers your teammates
- Support DevOps initiatives including AWS container deployments and production troubleshooting
- Context-switch fluidly between technologies and codebases, embracing the full-stack generalist mindset that drives breakthrough solutions
