Noblis is looking to solve national defense problems by building and supporting software solutions for critical Navy aviation programs within the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics organization under NAVAIR's Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) group.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience using modern languages such as C++ or Java
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications tailored to mission and business needs
- Analyze user requirements to build efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are integrated and aligned with operational goals
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software to improve performance and reliability
- Create and maintain clear documentation, and provide technical support and training to end-users
- Stay current with industry best practices to recommend improvements and enhance system capability
Other
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience as a computer programmer/analyst
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
- Must be a US Citizen
- Sofware Development experience in a DoD (ideally Navy) environment is preferred.
