ActioNet is looking for a Software Developer to support the design, configuration, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications, as well as develop and implement applications to meet end-user and mission requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with DoD IT environments, cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, RMF), and enterprise standards.
- Proficiency with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot, document, and resolve application issues in an enterprise environment.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker or SharePoint Developer Associate.
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement applications, pages, lists, forms, and workflows to meet end-user and mission requirements.
- Assist senior developers in creating technical design documents, test cases, and implementation plans.
- Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Support cloud-based environments including Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) and DoD-hosted platforms.
- Maintain awareness of current industry development practices, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Document source code, configuration changes, and processes in accordance with DoD standards.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Agile or SAFe Practitioner certification.
- Collaborate with project managers, system administrators, and cybersecurity staff to ensure compliance with policies and RMF requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation in application development and delivery.
