Applied Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to maintain and upgrade existing software solutions, develop functional websites for equipment monitoring and data management, modernize applications, create custom ERP systems, automate data migration, develop phone apps, and collaborate with partners to deliver full-stack solutions in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 3 + years of software development experience
- Experience with C-Sharp, .NET, the Async/Await pattern, Git/GitHub, Unit testing, Visual Studio IDE
- Desktop and Web development experience (WPF, Blazor, Angular)
- Experience with Project estimation, Cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, Docker), and low-level communications like USB
- Knowledge and practical application of Agile software development methodology
- Experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks is a plus
- Experience in IT Infrastructure is a plus
Responsibilities
- maintaining and upgrading existing software solutions

- automated data migration, including moving a large amount of spreadsheet data to a database, moving an Access database to SQL, and moving to the cloud
