A-Line Staffing Solutions is looking for a Software Developer to manage the QRM product, ensuring optimal application performance and stability, supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives, and troubleshooting issues within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS SQL, including writing complex queries and maintaining SSIS packages.
- Hands-on experience with QRM systems and AWS infrastructure such as Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, and Step Functions.
- Strong scripting skills in Windows PowerShell and experience with Terraform.
- Experience creating batch files and scheduled tasks for automation purposes.
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the SDLC, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and support.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or similar platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of JSON or related technologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the QRM product, ensuring high application performance, stability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and management to understand requirements and provide technical support for business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to new updates, upgrades, and system performance.
- Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and document use cases, flow diagrams, and workflow analyses to support system enhancements and new features.
- Create comprehensive documentation throughout all phases of the SDLC to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Work closely with project or functional leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
