Sherpa 6 is seeking a .NET Software Developer to maintain the security and integrity of their mission-critical systems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Development
- Proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Proficiency in C-Sharp
- Solid understanding of how to integrate with RESTful APIs using JSON
- Experience developing for WinTAK or other products within the TAK ecosystem
- Experience integrating with SyncML for Windows device management
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot .NET C-Sharp issues assigned via our task tracker
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Reviews
- Act as a subject matter expert for .NET Framework Development in system architecture and design discussions
- Code and test software based upon software specifications and designs
- Analyze and study complex system requirements
- Use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is maintainable, efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant
