The Center for the Study of Services (CSS) is looking for a Software Developer to build in-house desktop and web-based applications to support their healthcare survey research operations.
Requirements
- class-based, object-oriented programming (.NET, C-Sharp, Java, Python)
- data structures
- queries
- analysis (SQL, R)
- web application development with ASP.NET and SQL server
- HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SASS, XML, JSON, REST API, Responsive Layout
- Angular, Vue, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, Foundation or equivalent
- Git, Gitflow Workflow, NPM, Unit & Stress Testing
- AWS and Azure
Responsibilities
- building in-house desktop applications and web-based applications
- In-house applications center around high-volume data import/export
- automated quality assurance
- calculation/analysis

Other
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work productively independently as well as in a team-based setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- excellent references as well as strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be SHRM-CP certified to be considered.
