Responsibilities
- developing integrations between document management systems
- implementing and automating scanning workflows
- providing production support
- troubleshooting issues with end-users and internal customers
- supporting Laserfiche customization and enhancements
- producing technical documentation such as program specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams
Other
- Must be able to be on-site at OCIT Building a MINIMUM of two days a week
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 4+ years of experience
