The Center for the Study of Services (CSS) needs a Software Developer to build in-house desktop and web-based applications for high-volume data import/export, automated quality assurance, calculation/analysis, and report generation to provide valuable information to consumers about healthcare decisions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work productively independently as well as in a team-based setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Applicants should have excellent references as well as strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be SHRM-CP certified to be considered.
