ISO New England is looking for an IT professional to help develop, maintain, and support key Market and Enterprise applications, contributing to the ongoing transition to clean energy and ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux-based web application development using Java, SpringBoot, Python, Groovy, Terraform
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools
- Comfortable with Unix systems and shell scripting
- Proficient with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows
- Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle, Postgres)
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience in application support
Responsibilities
- Develop and support internal/external web and vendor applications on Linux using Java, Groovy, Python, and Terraform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and long-term solutions
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical needs
- Learn ISO-NE business processes and follow IT standards and change management protocols
