The GPA's IT department needs a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and implement new software solutions, as well as modify, upgrade, and support existing systems to improve internal and external customer experiences and streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database, SQL and PL/SQL programming, and Mobile App Development desired.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts and Implementation desired.
  • Experience in developing Web Applications using Java, Groovy, Python, REST, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript and CSS. Required
  • Experience in Mobile App Development using Flutter and Dart Programming and Mobile App Deployment in iOS and Android Platforms. Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain new software applications along with providing enhancements to existing systems.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application programs and internal systems.
  • Support and train users by developing documentation and assistance tools as the project is being implemented.
  • Troubleshoot and provide problem solving with assistance and guidance to users on software/application issues.
  • Understand the needs of internal and external customers in order to provide the best solutions.
  • Recommend system solutions by providing comparison of in-house development and off-the-shelf alternatives.

  • This is an on-site position located in Garden City, Georgia.
