ORC is looking to develop, test, and deploy robust applications, integrate systems, and incorporate AI/ML features to improve their infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Minimum of (5) five years of software development experience
- Must include hands-on experience in Angular, Typescript, and Node.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and electronic databases
- Must own an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC systems
- working knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts and models
- proficiency in Python, especially around data analysis
- UI/UX design experience
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, testing, and deployment of robust applications using Angular, Typescript, and Node.
- Help with unit testing, repository management and pipelines such as continuous integration.
- Collaborate with the CIO, Software Manager, technical team, and business stakeholders to deliver on prioritized development initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues quickly to maintain momentum on critical projects.
- Integrate systems using middleware solutions and APIs.
- Incorporate AI/ML features where they can create meaningful impact, focusing on practical, scalable and secure solutions.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices in agile environments.
Other
- Candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Candidate will be expected to travel to the Charlotte, NC office at least 2-3 times a year
- Has strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to dive deep into technical challenges
- Is flexible and resourceful, with the ability to adopt new technologies quickly
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, sponsorships are not available
