datacenterHawk is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to data center infrastructure, market trends, and industry benchmarks to influence strategic decision-making processes for clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and database systems.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data visualization, and working with large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to data center infrastructure and market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights to internal teams and clients effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Participate in the development of data models and algorithms to support predictive analytics and decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout all analysis activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and data center markets.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required to support strategic initiatives.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
