Wells is looking for an experienced .NET & Mobile Application Developer to build high-performance reporting solutions, design dynamic user interfaces, and develop mobile applications for field and remote users. The role also involves integrating legacy systems and advanced document workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in .NET development (C-Sharp, ASP.NET MVC/Core, WinForms, or WPF).
  • Strong Telerik Reporting experience, including dynamic parameters and sub-reports.
  • Proficiency with Telerik UI controls for web or desktop.
  • Mobile application development experience (Xamarin, .NET MAUI, React Native, or similar).
  • SQL Server expertise (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
  • Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • REST API integration experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Telerik Reports (parameterized, interactive, and exportable).
  • Create and enhance Telerik UI components such as Grids, Charts, Schedulers, and Report Viewers.
  • Integrate reports and UI into ASP.NET Core/MVC/Web Forms or desktop applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications (cross-platform or native) for field teams, QC inspectors, and project managers.
  • Ensure seamless synchronization of mobile app data with back-end systems and reports.
  • Implement PDF workflows using PDFTron for generation, annotation, and automation.
  • Support and enhance ColdFusion applications where needed.

  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
  • Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
